摘 要:电机温度升高会对牵引电机性能的稳定产出生不利影响,为使牵引电机在温升限度内安全运行,保证牵引电机具有良好的散热条件,一般都为电机设计独立的冷却系统。基于牵引电机冷却系统性能和结构特点,建立牵引电机冷却系统计算模型,对冷却系统管网进行解算,分析散热器迎风面积、通风流量、空气温度等对牵引电机温升的影响,为冷却系统各部件的选型提供理论参考。搭建牵引电机温升试验平台,获得电机内温度随负载和冷却液流量变化的关系。通过试验对仿真结果进行了可靠性验证,可以看出,数值模拟是研究牵引电机冷却系统流动与传热问题的重要手段,对冷却系统的设计具有重要指导意义。Temperature increase of the traction motor has adverse effect on the stability of the traction motor performance. In order to ensure the safety of the traction motor,the traction motor has good cooling condition,and the cooling system is designed independently. Based on the performance and structure characteristics of traction motor cooling system,the calculation model of traction motor cooling system was established,and the influence of the wind acea,ventilation flux and air temperature on the temperature rise of the traction motor was analyzed. The relationship between the temperature of the motor and the flow rate of the cooling fluid is obtained by building the temperature rise test platform of traction motor. The reliability of the simulation results is verified by experiments. It can be seen that the numerical simulation is an important method to study the flow hand heat transfer in the cooling system of traction motor,which has important guiding significance to the design of cooling system.
