摘 要:以滚筒梳注塑模为研究对象,采用Moldflow充填模拟和ABAQUS静载模拟相结合的方法,分析型芯在成型过程中的应力、应变情况,并对原方案的成型缺陷进行诊断。提出了盘形浇口、增加型芯管壁厚度和采用铍铜杆冷却三种改进方案来减小型芯应变,并将上述方案进行组合对比。通过对比得到盘形浇口和铍铜杆冷却的组合方案应变值最小。结果表明:CAE技术在分析成型缺陷和改进模具结构设计方面具有准确、快速、高效等优势,可以提高修模的成功率。Based on injection mold design of the roller comb, the stress and strain of the core in the molding process were analyzed by using method combining of Moldflow filling simulation and static load of ABAQUS simulation, molding defect of original scheme was diagnosed. In order to reduce the strain of the core, three improvement programs of disk gate, the core wall thickness increase and the use of beryllium copper rod cooling were presented, and the cmbinations of the above solutions was compared. The value of the strain of combination regimen of disk gate and beryllium copper rod cooling was minimum by contrasted. The results indicate that the advantages of the technique of CAE are accurate, fast and efficient in molding defect analysis and improvement of mold structure design, can improve the success rate of mold repair.
