摘 要:目的:探讨温和灸对大鼠后三里穴施灸局部的温通效应及生物学基础。方法:以高脂血症模型大鼠后三里穴为观察对象,运用HE染色法和免疫组化法,观察温和灸热刺激下,后三里穴局部皮肤形态结构以及皮肤组织中降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)、P物质(SP)、血管活性肠肽(VIP)表达的变化。结果:温和灸组与对照组比较,后三里穴局部皮肤组织形态结构明显发生变化,角化层极薄或消失,表皮层断裂不完整,真皮层胶原纤维排列疏松;施灸后穴位局部皮肤CGRP较多表达在真皮层结缔组织,SP较多表达在毛囊,VIP较多表达在真皮层结缔组织以及表皮中。结论:温和灸热刺激可以改变后三里穴局部形态结构、影响后三里穴局部皮肤中CGRP、SP、VIP的分布表达,这些效应可能与艾灸以温促通的生物学基础相关。Objective: To study the warming effects of the mild moxibustion on Hou San Li points of the rats and its biological basis. Methods: Hou San Li points of the hyperlipidemia rat models were observed. HE staining and immunohistochemical methods were adopted to observe the local skin morphological structure of Hou San Li points,expression changes of calcitonin gene-related peptide(CGRP), substance P(SP) and vasoactive intestinal polypeptide(VIP) in skin tissues under the stimulating of the mild moxibustion. Results: when mild moxibustion group was compared with the control group, local skin morphological structure of Hou San Li points changed obviously, cutinized layer became thin or disappeared, the epidermis layer was not complete and dermis collagen fibers were in loose arrangement; the expression of CGRP in acupoint local skin appeared in dermal connective tissue more after the moxibustion, SP more expressed in hair follicles and VIP expression in the dermis of connective tissue and epidermis. Conclusions: Heat stimulating of the mild moxibustion can change the local morphological structure of HouSan Li points and affect the expressions of CGRP, SP and VIP in the local skin of Hou San Li points. And the effects above may be related to the biological basis of the warming effect of moxibustion.
