基于中医传承辅助系统研究治疗原发性痛经的组方规律

摘　　要：目的:运用数据挖据方法探讨中医治疗原发性痛经方的组方用药规律。方法:对CNKI收录的1956-2014年公开发表的治疗原发性痛经的中医方剂予以筛选并建立方剂数据库,借助中医传承辅助平台,采用关联规则和熵聚类算法对筛选出的166个方剂进行组方规律分析。结果:纳入分析的166个方剂涉及中药228味。确定了处方中药物出现的频次、常用药对及组合,演化得到新处方5首。结论:原发性痛经的发病机理主要为"不通则痛"和"不荣而痛",相应的治疗方法则为"通"和"补"。总以调理冲任气血为主,虚则补而通之,实则泻而通之。辨证治疗方面主要分为:温经散寒,活血化瘀,行气止痛,清热除湿,益气养血,调经和营等。为中医药临床靶向治疗原发性痛经提供依据。Objective： To explore the prescription principle of treating primary dysmenorrhea with Chinese medicine. Methods： The papers about herbal prescriptions treating primary dysmenorrhea published from 1956 to 2014 were selected from CNKI, and the database was built, the medication rules of 166 prescriptions were analyzed based on Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System（TCMISS） through association rules and entropy clustering algorithm. Results： There were 228 kinds of drugs involved in 166 prescriptions. The drugs frequency, drug pairs and the combination of common used drugs in these prescriptions were confirmed. What＇s more, five new prescriptions were got. Conclusion： The main pathogenesis of primary dysmenorrhea is stagnation causing the pain and deficiency causing the pain, and the corresponding therapeutic methods are removing stagnation and supplementing deficiency.The general treatment rule is to regulate Qi and blood of thoroughfare vessel and conception vessel mainly, if the pain is caused by deficiency, it should be nourished; if it is generated by excess, it should be drained. There are some major methods in syndrome differentiation and treatment, such as warming meridian to disperse cold, regulating blood and removing stasis, regulating Qi to relieve pain, clearing away heat and dampness, nourishing Qi and blood, as well as regulating menstruation and harmonizing nutrient Qi. It provides the basis for targeting therapy of primary dysmenorrhea with Chinese medicine.
