参仙升脉口服液联合氨茶碱治疗缓慢性心律失常32例

摘　　要：目的:观察参仙升脉口服液联合氨茶碱治疗缓慢性心律失常的临床疗效。方法:将64例患者随机分为观察组与对照组各32例,对照组口服氨茶碱,观察组口服参仙升脉口服液联合氨茶碱,2组均连续治疗4周。观察2组的临床疗效及24小时动态心电图的变化情况。结果:总有效率对照组为65.8%,观察组为84.2%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。24小时总心搏数和平均心率治疗后明显增高(P<0.05),2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:参仙升脉口服液联合氨茶碱治疗缓慢性心律失常疗效优于单纯使用氨茶碱。Objective： To investigate curative effects of Shen Xian Sheng Mai oral liquid jointed with aminophylline in treating bradycardiac arrhythmia（BA）. Methods： Sixty-four patients were randomized into the observation group and the control group, 32 cases each group, the control grop took aminophylline, the observation group accepted Shen Xian Sheng Mai oral liquid jointed with aminophylline, both groups were treated for four weeks consecutively.Clinical effects and the changes of 24 hours Holter monitoring electrocardiogram（DCG） of both groups were observed.Results： Total effective rate of the control group was 65.8%, lower than 84.2% of the observation group, and the difference had statistical meaning（P〈0.05）. Total beats number within 24 hours and average heart rate improved obviously after treating（P〈0.05）, and the difference had statistical meaning（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Clinical effects of Shen Xian Sheng Mai oral liquid jointed with aminophylline are superior to these of aminophylline only in treating BA.
