中药灌肠联合贴敷治疗子宫内膜异位症42例

摘　　要：目的:观察消癥暖宫方保留灌肠联合温经通络散贴敷治疗子宫内膜异位症的临床疗效。方法:选取符合标准的子宫内膜异位症患者42例,用消癥暖宫方保留灌肠合温经通络散贴敷连续治疗3个月经周期,分别观察患者治疗前后临床症状、IL-8水平变化情况。结果:临床症状评分、IL-8较治疗前降低(P<0.05),痛经程度明显减轻(P<0.05)。结论:消癥暖宫方保留灌肠联合温经通络散贴敷可缓解子宫内膜异位症患者的临床症状,降低IL-8水平,改善盆腔炎症环境。Objective： To observe clinical effects of retention enema with Xiao Zhen Nuan Gong prescription combined with sticking of Wen Jing Tong Luo powder in treating endometriosis. Methods： Forty-two patients who met the standard were chosen and treated with retention enema with Xiao Zhen Nuan Gong prescription combined with sticking of Wen Jing Tong Luo powder for three menstrual cycles, the levels of IL-8, and clinical symptoms were observed respectively before and after treating. Results： Clinical symptom scales and the levels of IL-8 lowered compared with before treating（P〈0.05）, the degrees of dysmenorrhea relieved obviously（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Retention enema with Xiao Zhen Nuan Gong prescription combined with sticking of Wen Jing Tong Luo powder could alleviate clinical symptoms, decrease the levels of IL-8 and improve pelvic inflammatory environment of the patients with endometriosis.
