八段锦联合五劳七损方对强直性脊柱炎患者躯体功能及心理健康状况的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察八段锦联合五劳七损方对强直性脊柱炎(ankylosing spondylitis,AS)患者躯体功能及心理健康状况的影响。方法:将70例患者随机分为观察组、对照组各35例,2组均给予美洛昔康片治疗,观察组同时给予八段锦联合五劳七损方内服,6个月后观察疾病活动指数(BASDAI)、功能指数(BASFI)、疼痛评分(VAS)、晨僵时间、血沉(ESR)、C-反应蛋白(CRP)、精神症状自评量表(SCL-90)评分。结果:BASDAI、BASFI、疼痛评分、晨僵时间、ESR、CRP治疗后2组均有改善(P<0.05),观察组较对照组改善更明显(P<0.05)。SCL-90评分各因子得分2组治疗后均明显降低(P<0.05),人际关系、抑郁、焦虑评分观察组降低更明显(P<0.05)。结论:八段锦联合五劳七损方有助于改善AS患者躯体功能及心理健康状况。Objective： To observe the effects of Ba Duan Jin combined with Wu Lao Qi Sun prescriptions on somatic function and mental health of the patients with ankylosing spondylitis（AS）. Methods： Seventy patients were randomized into the observation group and the control group, 35 cases each group, both groups were given meloxicam tablets, the observation group accepted Ba Duan Jin and oral administration of Wu Lao Qi Sun prescriptions at the same time, Bath ankylosing spondylitis disease activity index（BASDAI）, Bath ankylosing spondylitis functional index（BASFI）, visual analogue scale（VAS）, morning stiffness time, erythrocyte sedimentation rate（ESR）, C reactive protein（CRP）, SCL-90 of both groups were observed in six months. Results： BASDAI, BASFI, VAS, morning stiffness time,ESR and CRP of both groups were improved after treating（P〈0.05）, the improvements of the observation group was more notable compared with these of the control group（P〈0.05）. SCL-90 scales of both groups decreased evidently after treating in both groups（P〈0.05）, the scales of personal relations, depression and anxiety in the observation groups lowered evidently（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Ba Duan Jin combined with Wu Lao Qi Sun prescriptions is helpful to imprve somatic function and mental health of AS patients.
