社区中医护理干预对高血压患者血压及健康知识掌握情况的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨社区中医护理干预对高血压病患者血压及对健康知识掌握情况的影响。方法:抽取兰州市2个社区为试验社区,从已经确诊为高血压的患者中,选取自愿参与研究者120例,分为观察组与对照组,每组60例。进行常规社区高血压护理与健康教育。在对照组常规药物治疗与社区护理教育的基础上,给予观察组社区中医护理干预。结果:规律用药率、食盐摄入控制率、规律运动率、血压常规监测率、高血压知识掌握情况观察组均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。收缩压、舒张压干预后2组均明显降低(P<0.05),观察组降低更明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:社区中医护理干预有助于降低高血压病患者血压,改善患者对健康知识的掌握情况。Objective： To discuss the influence of community TCM nursing intervention on blood pressure and healthy knowledge grasping conditions of hypertension patients. Methods： Two communities of Lanzhou municipality were chosen as experimental communities, the volunteers were selected from the patients who were diagnosed as hypertension, and randomized into the observation group and the control group,60 cases in each group. They accepted routine community hypertension nursing and health education. On the foundation of routine herbs and community nursing education, the patients in the observation group received community TCM nursing intervention. Results： The observation group was better than the control group in regular medication rate, diet and salt control rate, regular exercise rate, blood pressure routine monitoring rate and hypertension knowledge grasping conditions, and the difference showed statistical meaning（P〈0.05）. Systolic pressure and diastolic pressure of both groups decreased obviously after the intervention（P〈0.05）, and the decrease of the observation group was more notable（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Community TCM nursing intervention is helpful to decrease blood pressure of the patients with hypertension, and improve the patients＇ grasping conditions of healthy knowledge.
