摘  要:GB/T 20489-2006《油气井聚能射孔器材通用技术条件》中聚能射孔器混凝土靶穿孔深度评价方法无法持续地促进产品质量的提高。通过对国内聚能射孔器产品在混凝土靶上的穿孔深度变化规律的分析,给出了穿孔深度增长规律——外径89mm的聚能射孔器2007-2013年增长约25%,提出了建立与产品整体水平联动的评价方法。用新的评价方法对监督检验结果进行分析,表明随着产品整体水平而相应提高的评价指标能更有效地促进产品质量的提高,同时提高了评价的合理性,为标准的修订提供了依据。The jet perforator concrete target penetration depth evaluation method in GB/T 20489-2006 "General Technical Conditions for Oil and Gas Well Perforating Equipment" can not continue to promote the quality improvement of jet perforator products. Through the analysis of the concrete target penetration depth of the jet perforators made in China, a penetration depth increasing law is obtained: the concrete target penetration depth of the jet perforator with 89mm outside diameter (OD) increased about 25% according to the testing data from 2007 to 2013, and a jet perforator concrete target penetration depth evaluation method connected to the overall level of prod- ucts is established. The test results obtained using the new evaluation method show that the evaluation indexes which improve with the improvement of overall quality level of jet perforator products could more effectively promote the quality improvement of jet perforator products. The new evaluation method increases the rationality of evaluation and provides a basis for the revision of the standard.
