富血小板血浆对痤疮丙酸杆菌的体外抑菌实验研究

摘　　要：目的通过体外实验探索富血小板血浆(PRP)对痤疮丙酸杆菌的抑菌作用。方法采用纸片扩散法(简称"改良K-B法")来进行PRP体外抑菌的实验,设置红霉素溶液阳性对照药,贫血小板血浆(PPP)为阴性对照药,最后测定抑菌圈直径。结果 PRP对痤疮丙酸杆菌有较强的敏感性,在纸片扩散法实验中的抑菌圈直径为(15.37±0.747 0)mm,与PPP相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。参考抗生素药敏实验等级划分的判断标准,PRP对痤疮丙酸杆菌的抑菌效果属于高敏。结论 PRP对痊疮的主要致病菌座疮丙酸杆菌有良好的抑菌效果。Objective To explore the antimicrobial activity of platelet rich plasma（ PRP） against Propionibacterium acnes in vitro. Methods The bacteriostatic experiment in vitro of PRP was performed by paper disc diffusion method（ also known as Kirby-Bauer method）. The erythromycin solution was used as positive control,and the negative control was platelet-poor plasma（ PPP）. Results PRP was sensitive to Propionibacterium acnes and the inhibitory zone diameter in the disk diffusion test was（ 15. 37 ± 0. 747 0） mm,which had statistic significance when compared to PPP（ P〈0. 05）. According to the standards of grade division in antibiotic susceptibility test,the inhibitory effect of PRP on Propionibacterium acnes was highly sensitive. Conclusion PRP has a good antibacterial effect on Propionibacterium acnes,which constitutes the principal pathogenic cause for acne development.
