摘　　要：针对我国村镇地区广泛采用的三圆式一体化净水装置处理效果差、出水水质无法保障以及重建困难等问题，以福州某三圆式一体化净水装置为改造对象，分析了其存在的问题并提出了相应的改造措施，即采用机械搅拌混合替代原管式静态混合，同时对运行参数进行优化，考察了混凝剂种类、搅拌转速、混凝剂投加量和处理负荷等对去除效果的影响。三圆式一体化净水装置运行时，混凝剂宜选用液态聚合氯化铝（PAC）；机械混合的速度梯度（G值）取500s^-1时沉淀和过滤效果较好，出水浊度由改造前的0．8NTU以上降至0．13NTU；就试验期间的原水水质（9．0-10．0NTU）而言，混凝剂的投量宜控制在4mg／L左右；为保证一体化净水装置的净水效果，宜降低处理负荷，同时还可采用提高搅拌G值（增大絮体的密实度）、污泥回流等措施。In view of the unsatisfactory purification effect, poor effluent quality and difficult recon- struction of the three circular integrated devices which are widely used in China＇ s rural areas, taking the three circular integrated device in a water treatment plant in Fuzhou as the modification object, the exist- ing problems were analyzed, and the corresponding measures were proposed, namely replacing tubular static mixer with mechanical mixer. In addition, the operation parameters were optimized, and the influ- ences of coagulant type, agitation speed, coagulant dosage and treatment load of the system on the treat- ment efficiency were investigated. The liquid poly-aluminum chloride （PAC） should be chosen as the co- agulant. Taking 500 s^-1 for the velocity gradient （ G value） of mechanical mixing was favorable for the precipitation and filtration of the three circular integrated devices, which resulted in the decrease of effluent turbidity from above 0.8 NTU to around 0.13 NTU. The coagulant dosage should be controlled at 4 mg/L for the raw water quality during the experiment （9.0 to 10.0 NTU）. In order to ensure good purifi- cation effect, the treatment load should be lowered, and measures could be taken, including the increase of the G value for increasing floc density and the return of sludge.
