摘 要:目的比较1型糖尿病患者抗阻运动与有氧运动后血糖的急性效应。方法对在我科就诊的20例1型糖尿病患者,于不同时间点先后进行时长45min的抗阻运动、有氧运动及日常活动,比较运动前后患者血糖变化,并使用动态血糖监测系统监测患者运动前24h及运动后24h血糖水平。结果抗阻运动及有氧运动后血糖水平较运动前明显下降[下降幅度分别为(1.6±0.3)mmol/L和(3.0±0.6)mmol/L,P〈0.05],并且有氧运动较抗阻运动血糖下降更明显(P〈0.05),而进行日常活动后患者血糖水平无明显变化(P〉0.05);随着观察时间的延长,抗阻运动后平均血糖水平低于有氧运动及日常活动[分别为(7.0±0.5)mmol/L、(7.6±0.8)mmol/L和(7.7±0.7)mmol/L,P〈0.05]。结论与有氧运动相比,抗阻运动在运动后血糖下降更慢,波动更小,运动后12h内血糖水平更低,更有利于控制1型糖尿病患者的血糖。Objective To compare acute effects of resistance exercise and aerobic exercise on plasma glucose in type 1 diabetes patients. Methods Twenty patients with type 1 diabetes received 3 different exercises for 45 minutes including resistance exercises, aerobic exercises and usual exercises respectively. Blood glucose levels were detected before and after exercises. Continuous glucose was measured by continuous glucose monitoring 24h before and after exercises. Results After exercises, glucose levels declined both in resistance exercise and aerobic exercise [ descend range were ( 1.6 ± 0. 3 ) mmol/L and ( 3.0 ±0.6 ) mmol/L ,P 〈 0.05 ], but declined more significantly in aerobic exercise ( P 〈 0.05 ), and there were no changes of the glucose levels in usual exercises( P 〉 0.05 ). With the extension of the observation time, glucose levels in resistance exercise was lower than in aerobic exercise and usual exercise [ (7.0 ±0.5) mmol/L, (7.6 ±0.8) mmol/L and (7.7 ±0.7) mmol/L,P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Compared with aerobic exercise, plasma glucose level declines more slowly after resistance exercise in the following 12 h, and with small fluctuations. Resistance exercise is more beneficial to control plasma glucose of type 1 diabetes patients.
