摘　　要：随着高校毕业生的就业问题越来越突出,尤其是高校弱势群体的就业问题已经成为高校当前就业指导工作的重点和难点,进一步加强高校重点群体的职业指导尤为紧迫。在促进高校弱势群体就业工作中,高校应加强分类指导,有针对性的实施就业指导;加强与企业的沟通交流,制定弱势群体就业能力提升计划。With the employment of college graduates is becoming more and more prominent, especially the employment problem of College disadvantaged group has become the emphasis and difficulty of the current employment guidance work, further strengthen the vocational guidance in Colleges and universities focus groups is particularly urgent. In promoting the employment of vulnerable groups in Colleges and universities, colleges and universities should strengthen the classified guidance, targeted implementation of employment guidance; strengthen communication with the enterprise, the development of disadvantaged groups employment capacity promotion plan.
