无偿献血者ALT不合格因素分析及干预效果评价

摘　　要：目的分析无偿献血者血液丙氨酸氨基转移酶（ALT）不合格原因,采取干预措施并对实施效果进行评价,从而达到节约血液资源和降低成本的目的。方法收集花都地区2011~2014年无偿献血者资料,运用统计学分析ALT不合格率与献血方式、性别、体重的关系,同时评价采取干预措施后的实施效果。结果 ALT不合格率街头高于团体单位,男性高于女性,高体重高于正常体重。通过对潜在ALT升高的献血人群采取干预措施：避免引起ALT升高的生理因素;对ALT初筛不合格者暂缓献血;对初次单项ALT不合格的献血者检测合格后献血,ALT不合格血液报废率明显下降。结论针对无偿献血者ALT不合格的原因,有针对性地制定干预措施用于指导献血者的筛查,可有效降低因ALT不合格造成的血液浪费。Objective To analyze the reasons that the unqualified ALT from donors, applied intervention measures and assessing the effect of that measures, so that the blood resources will be saved and the cost will be reduced. Methods Collected the information of the donors in Huadu district from 2011 to 2014, analyze the relation between the unqualified rate of ALT and the ways of blood donation, the gender and the weight by Statistics and assessed the effect of intervention measures. Results The unqualified rate of ALT from the street was higher than that from community, the male was higher than the female, people who overweight was higher than the ones in normal weight. By taking intervention measures on blood donors：avoid physiological factors which would cause ALT elevate, suspend blood donation if ALT primary screening unqualified, renew blood donation once the blood testing qualified, unqualified ALT caused blood scrap rate decreased significantly. Conclusions According to reasons of the unqualified ALT, the blood station should take intervention measures on purpose to give guidance to the selection of the donors, maximally reduce the waste of bold because of unqualified ALT.
