摘 要:目的探索PDCA循环法降低门诊患儿手背静脉输液的外渗率的应用效果。方法通过分析门诊患儿手背静脉输液外渗原因,针对分析结果明确改善目的,根据注射室实际情况,应用PDCA循环法,制定相关措施并严格落实。结果采用PDCA循环法后,因按压不当引起的输液外渗从2.24%下降到0.84%;因患儿因素导致的输液外渗由3.05%下降到1.89%;因固定不当引起的输液外渗由2.44%下降到1.26%;注射室患儿手背静脉输液的外渗率从9.76%下降到5.25%;目标完善率达到95.75%。结论应用PDCA循环法可以有效降低门诊患儿手背静脉输液的外渗率,该方法值得在基层医院广泛推广应用。Objective To explore the application effect of PDCA cycle in reducing leakage rate of hand vein infusion outpatient children. Methods Analyzed the reasons of hand vein transfusion exosmosis of outpatient children, according to the results of the analysis to clear the aim of improvement, and according to the actual situation of the injection room, the PDCA circulation method was applied, relevant measures were formulated and strictly implemented. Results After the using the method of PDCA cycle, pressure caused improper infusion extravasation dropped from 2.24% to 0.84%. Infusion extravasation caused by children related factors decreased from 3.05% to 1.89%. Infusion extravasation caused by improper fixation down to 1.26% from 2.44%. The opisthenar intravenous infusion extravasation rate in injection room decreased from 9.76% to 5.25%. We reached 95.75% of the target completion rate. Conclusions The application of PDCA circulation method can effectively reduce the rate of opisthenar intravenous infusion extravasation of outpatients and the method is worthy of widely popularization and application in primary hospital.
