鼻周穴透刺法治疗变应性鼻炎的即刻效应及远期疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察针刺与西药治疗变应性鼻炎的即刻效应和远期疗效。方法:将60例符合纳入标准的变应性鼻炎患者按随机数字表法分为针刺组(30例)与西药组(30例)。针刺组取穴:印堂、上鼻通(自定)、通天、曲池、足三里,每日1次,6次为一疗程,各疗程之间间隔1天,共治疗4个疗程;西药组口服氯雷他定片,每日1片,7天为一疗程,共服用4个疗程。观察两组患者治疗过程中鼻症状、体征及生活质量的评分变化情况,并比较即刻效应及远期疗效。结果:第1次治疗后针刺组患者鼻症状改善情况优于西药组(P<0.05);两组患者治疗4个疗程后鼻症状、体征及生活质量评分均优于治疗前(均P<0.05),但针刺组患者鼻症状和体征改善情况优于西药组(P<0.05);随访时,针刺组患者生活质量评分优于西药组(P<0.05)。结论:鼻周穴透刺法治疗变应性鼻炎的即刻效应及远期疗效优于氯雷他定。Objective： To observe the immediate efficacy and the long - term efficacy of acupuncture and west- ern medicine in the treatment of allergic rhinitis. Methods： Sixty patients who met the inclusion criteria of allergic rhinitis were randomly divided into an acupuncture group （30 cases） and a western medicine group （30 cases）. Acupuncture group was acupunctured at Yin Tang （GV 29 ）, Shang Bitong（ chosen by self）, Tong Tian（ BL 7）, Qu Chi （ LI 11 ）, Zu San Li （ ST 36）, once a day, 6 times as a course of treatment, with an interval of 1 day between each course of treatment, and there were four courses of treatment;patients in the western medicine group were orally taken loratadine tablets, 1 tablet per day,7 days as a period of treatment,with four courses of treatment. Observe the score changes of nasal symptom, physical sign and quality of life in the process of treat- ment, and compare the immediate efficacy and long - term efficacy. Results： After the first treatment, the score of nasal symptom in the acupuncture group was superior to that in the western medicine group （P 〈 0. 05 ）. After 4 courses, the score of nasal symptom and quality of life in two groups was superior to that before treatment （P 〈 0.05 ）, but the acupuncture group was better than the western medicine group （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; follow - up, the scores of quality of life in acupuncture group was superior to that in the western medicine group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： The immediate efficacy and long -term efficacy of nasal cavity penetration needling method are su- perior to those of loratadine for the treatment of allergic rhinitis.
