摘　　要：连铸保护渣烘烤效果对改善铸坯质量特别是表面质量及保证连铸生产的顺利进行有着非常重要的作用。通过分析影响烘烤效果的因素,提出新的改进方案,改造烘烤设备,提高烘烤效果,满足连铸生产需要。The heating effect of mold fluxes in continuous casting plays an important role in improving the slab quality, especially the surface quality and ensuring the smooth production of continuous casting.Through analyzing the factors influencing the heating effect, a new improved scheme is put forward to improve the heating equipment and the heating effect, and meet the need of continuous casting production.
