切削油液专用环烷基基础油的开发及其应用研究

摘　　要：环烷基馏分油含有大量芳烃和环烷烃,通过适度精制,将多环芳烃去除,保留理想的芳烃和环烷烃,所获得的环烷基基础油环境友好,应用在切削油液领域更具有独特的优势。该课题开发的低黏度环烷基基础油具有倾点低、密度大、环烷烃含量高等特性,通过复配切削油液进行应用试验表明,该基础油在低温稳定性、乳化性能、冷却性、溶解性以及金属亲和力方面均表现良好,是切削油液用油的理想选择。Naphthenic distillate oil which contains masses of aromatics and naphthenes was refined properly to remove polycyclic aromatics and to retain ideal aromatics and naphthenes components. The obtained environment- friendly naphthenic base oil,with low viscosity,low pour point,high density and high naphthenic content,has unique advantages for the application as cutting fluids. Application test results indicated that the obtained naphthenic base oil is an ideal material for cutting fluids,which has shown good performances in low temperature stability,emulsifiability,cooling,solubility and metal affinity.
