摘　　要：本文应用随机前沿分析方法对医学科研机构的科研效率进行评价。首先在分析医学科研效率影响因素的基础上，从投入和产出两个维度建立评价指标体系，然后通过主成分分析法对产出指标体系进行降维，运用随机前沿分析进行科研效率评价，最后运用实际案例验证医学科研效率模型的准确性和有效性。1 The article used Stochastic Frontier Analysis （SFA） model to evaluate scientific research efficiency of the medical research institutions. Firstly, the evaluation system on the two dimensions of the inputs and outputs was established based on analyzing the influencing factors of efficiency of medical scientific research process~ then PCA was used to reduce the dimension of the output index system, and the SFA model was used to evaluate the efficiency~ Finally, the accuracy of the model of medical scientific research efficiency was verified through actual cases.
