摘　　要：目的分析医院科研队伍现状，包括专职和非专职科研人员构成比、梯队合理性等情况，调研其科研需求，为医院管理者制定相关管理政策提供依据，有利于改善医院科研环境，促进科研发展。方法通过文献查阅、资料收集、数据分析、问卷调查等方法进行分析。结果整体上医院科研人员职称结构比例失调，在人才储备方面后劲不足，通过问卷调查了解科研人员对医院科研发展的需求方向。结论医院应进一步注重人才队伍的建设，改善科研环境，完善科研管理制度，提高科研服务水平，加强科研激励机制，为科研人员从事科研工作创造更为完善的科研环境和条件。Objective To analyze the current status of scientific research teams in a general hospital, including the proportion of professional scientific research personnel in all scientific research faculty members and so on. By examining scientific need, we can provide a strong basis for the hospital manager decision--making, and optimize the scientific research environment, Methods The data was collected and analyzed by methods of literature review, sampling and analysis methods such as questionnaire investigation. Results It showsed that there iswas structural imbalance in varied level of the title of researchers, as well as the workforee capacity of talents in the hospital. The results also showsed the demand of research among hospital doctors through questionnaire investigation. Conclu- sions The hospital should pay attention to the personnel cultivation. We should also construct research environment, improve the scientific research systems and the level of management, enhance research motivation, and create more flexible research environment and conditions.
