加强医院科研管理工作 促进儿童医院整体发展

摘　　要：分析首都医科大学附属北京儿童医院的科研管理工作现状，总结取得的成果，发现存在的问题，分析解决的对策，确立未来科研工作的发展方向，尝试建立适合儿童专科医院的科研管理工作体系，促进医院的整体发展。目前首都医科大学附属北京儿童医院已有较高水平的科研工作基础，但项目数量与经费、论文数量与质量、获奖、专利及其转化等均有提高与提升的空间。建议通过实施医院政策倾斜、加大院内基金投入、科研项目全过程管理、建立科研绩效评估指标体系、鼓励临床与基础医学研究相结合等一系列科研管理工作措施，营造良好的科研氛围，推动医院科研工作更上一层楼，促进医院取得更好的整体发展。To analyze the present situation of scientific research management in Beijing Children ＇s Hospital, Capital Medical University, summarize the achievements, find the problems, analyze the countermeasures, establish the development direction of the future research work, and try to establish the scientific management system for children＇s specialist hospitals in order to promote the overall development of the hospital. At present, there was a high level of scientific research work in the Beijing Children＇s Hospital, but we still had improvement space on the number of projects and the amount of funding, the quantity and quality of the papers, the award, the patents and the transformation, and so on. We suggested to make research work even better through the implementation of hospital policy tilt, adding hospital＇s financial support, the whole process management of scientific research proiect, scientific research performance evaluation index system, the combination of clinical and basic research, and a series of scientific research management measures as well as creating a good atmosphere for scientific research.
