创新人才培养视域下大学生就业工作新思路

摘　　要：通过对创新人才培养的哲学反思,深刻把握创新人才培养的本质与大学生就业工作之关联;进而在创新人才培养视域下考察大学生就业工作,指出创新人才培养是破解大学生就业困境的关键;最后提出大学生就业工作新思路:引导学生从"找到一份工作"到"创立一份事业",变革就业工作理念;引导学生从"规划职业生涯"到"主导生涯发展",转变就业指导目标;引导学生"技和术的习得"到"能和道的回归",重构就业技能培训。This paper analyzes the relationship between the essence of innovative talents cultivation and career guide for college students via the philosophical reflection on the cultivation of innovative talents; investigates the work of career guide for college students in the view of in- novative talent cultivation and points out that the innovative talent cultivation is the solution to the dilemma of college students＂ employment. Finally, the authors put forward new working ideas on college students＂ career guide, which turns from ＂job-seeking＂ to ＂starting a business＂ in the working idea of career guide; from ＂career planning＂ to ＂leading career development＂ in the career guidance target; and, from ＂the acquisition of technique and skills＂ to ＂the return of capacity and morality＂ in the employment skills training.
