肠内外营养干预对肾综合征出血热患者预后的效果分析

摘　　要：目的评价肠内营养干预对肾综合征出血热患者预后的影响。方法将肾综合征出血热患者94例,分为试验组与对照组各47例。两组均给予连续性肾脏替代治疗,对照组给予肠外营养干预,试验组在肠外营养基础上给予内肠营养干预。比较两组患者干预前后营养得分、白蛋白与总蛋白、并发症发生率。结果试验组患者营养得分高于对照组(P<0.01);两组治疗后血清白蛋白与总蛋白值明显均增加(P<0.01),但干预后试验组明显高于对照组(P<0.01);试验组并发症明显少于对照组(P<0.01)。结论肠内营养干预应用于肾综合征出血热患者能有效改善机体营养状况,降低治疗期间并发症。Objective To evaluate the effect of enteral nutrition intervention on the prognosis of patients with hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome. Methods Ninety - four cases of hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome were divided into the experimental group and the control group with 47 cases in each group. Patients in both groups received continuous renal replacement therapy, patients in the control group received parenteral nutrition intervention, on the basis of parenteral nutrition, patients in the experimental group received enteral nutrition intervention. The nutrition score, albumin and total protein, the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups. Results Nutrition score of patients in the experimental group were higher than those of the control group （ P 〈 0.01 ）. After treatment in the two groups, serum albumin and total protein values were significantly increased （ P 〈 0.01 ）, and the scores of patients in the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group （ P 〈0.01 ）, The complications of patients in the experimental group were significantly less than those of the control group （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Enteral nutrition intervention for patients with hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome can effective- ly improve the nutrition status of the body, and reduce the complications during treatment.
