摘 要:目的探讨微信服务平台在产科护理管理中的应用效果。方法 2014年9月建立"我爱我家"护理微信群,用于上传科室通知和工作安排、护理安全提醒和整改方法、工作经验交流和学习资料共享,对比建立微信平台前后护士对护理管理工作满意度以及每月护理质量绩效考评结果。结果实施微信群后护士对护理管理工作的满意度和护理质量均较实施前提高(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论微信服务平台可以及时有效的发布科室相关信息,达到上传下达的目的,方法简便快捷,不仅提高了护士的满意度,也提升了护理质量,值得在临床护理管理中推广应用。Objective To evaluate the effects of WeChat service platform in obstetric nursing management. Methods In September 2014 ," l love my family" WeChat nursing group were established for uploading department notification, work arrangements, nursing safety reminders, rectificabon methods, the exchange of working experience and sharing learning materials. Nurses'satisfaction on nursing management and monthly nursing quality performance evaluation were compared before and after the establishment of WeChat. Resets Nurses'satisfaction on nursing management and nursing quelity were all improved after the establishment of WeChat ( P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion WeChat service platform can timely and effectively release information of the department, which is simple and fast, improve the satisfaction of nurses ,enhance the level of nursing management ,and is worthy to be popularized and applied in clinical nursing management.
