近5年多囊卵巢综合征中医证型及用药规律研究

摘　　要：目的:借助中医传承辅助平台系统,分析和总结近五年多囊卵巢综合征的中医证型及用药规律。方法:收集2011-2015年CNKI中符合纳入及排除标准的文献,在中医传承辅助平台系统中建立多囊卵巢综合征数据库,并应用该系统集成的数据挖掘方法,分析该病的常见中医证型、药物的性味归经、高频药物及常用药物组合等。结果 :纳入符合条件的文献108篇,中医证型13种,其中常见证型依次为肾虚血瘀、痰湿阻滞、肾虚痰瘀、肾虚痰湿;涉及中药133味,高频药物为当归、茯苓、菟丝子、香附、淫羊藿等39味,按药物功效归为补虚药、活血化瘀药、理气药、化痰止咳平喘药、利水渗湿药等;药性温平,味甘辛,多归肝、脾、肾经,常用药物组合18个,关联分析得出核心药物组合6个,分别是菟丝子、熟地黄→当归,熟地黄→当归,香附→当归,菟丝子、香附→当归,菟丝子、枸杞子→当归,陈皮、茯苓→半夏。结论:通过中医传承辅助平台对以上数据进行分析,明确了近五年来多囊卵巢综合征的常见中医证型及用药规律,进一步为临床治疗提供了参考依据。Objective：The purpose of this study was to Analyze and summarize TCM Syndrome Types and Medication Rules of Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome（PCOS） by the Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Platform（TCMIP）. Method：Collecting the literature with the inclusion and exclusion criteria in CNKI during 2011-2015.The TCMIP was used to build a prescription database of PCOS.The software integration data mining method was used to distribute pre- scriptions according to common TCM syndromes, four characters, five tastes, channel distribution, high frequency med- icine and common medicine combinations ere.Results： Totally 108 literature were included, 13 syndrome types were extracted, the most common of TCM syndromes are Kidney deficiency and blood stasis, Phlegm dampness stagnation, Kidney deficiency and phlegm stasis, Kidney deficiency and phlegm dampness. 133 Chinese medicine were involved. The most frequently used herbs were Dang Gui, Fu Ling, Tu Sizi, Xiang Fu, Yin Yanghuo and other 39 kinds. The top five types herbs were followed by tonic medicine, removing blood stasis medicine, regulating qi medicine, eliminating phlegm and relieving cough and asthma medicine, diuretics for eliminating dampness. Herbal medication selection in the prescription was mostly mild in nature, sweet and pungent flavor, and the meridian tropism of the liver, spleen and kidney meridian.18 commonly used medicine combinations, Though correlation analysis, we got 6 core drug combina- tions. They were Tu sizi, Shu Dihuang ＆ Dang gui, Shu Dihuang ＆ Dang Gui, Xiang Fu ＆ Dang Gui, Tu Sizi, Xiang Fu ＆ Dang Gui, Tu Sizi, Gou Qizi ＆ Dang Gui, Chen Pi, Fu Ling＆ Ban Xia. Conclusion： The above data were analyzed by TCMIP, TCM syndrome types and Medication Rules of PCOS were further clarified nearly five years. And to provide the reference for clinical treatment.
