舒血宁联合阿司匹林治疗外伤性脾切除术后血小板增多症临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察舒血宁注射液联合阿司匹林治疗外伤性脾切除术后反应性血小板增多症的临床疗效。方法:将36例外伤性脾切除术后反应性血小板增多症患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,其中治疗组20例,对照组16例,患者均行营养、补液、水化、碱化等常规治疗,对照组口服阿司匹林,其中血小板(PLT)计数>1000×109/L者另行血小板单采术,治疗组在对照组的基础上采用传统中药银杏叶提取物制剂舒血宁注射液静滴。结果:治疗4周后,PLT计数、D-二聚体(D-D)水平较治疗前明显下降,治疗组较对照组下降更明显,有统计学差异。结论:传统中药银杏叶提取物制剂舒血宁注射液联合阿司匹林对外伤性脾切除术后血小板异常增高者疗效显著,可有效预防血栓形成。Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of Shuxuening injection combined with aspirin in the treatment of reactive thrombocytosis after traumatic splenectomy. Methods： 36 cases of reactive thrombocytosis patients after traumatic splenectomy were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group. 20 cases were in treatment group and 16 in contro! group. Patients were performed conventional treatments such as nutrition, rehydration, hydration and basification. Oral aspirin was given in the control group. Additional platelet apheresis was used when the platelet（PLT） counts were higher than 1000 × 10^9/L. In the treatment group, based on the treatment as the control group, Shuxuening injection, the traditional Chinese medicine extract from ginkgo biloba leaves was added. Results： The PLT counts and the levels of D- dimer were decreased significantly 4 weeks after treatment compared with those before treatment. And these changes were more significant in the treatment group. There was statistical significance. Conclusion： Shuxuening injection combined with aspirin have a significant effect in reactive thrombocytosis patients after traumatic splenectomv, and ~n nr^v~nt thr,~mh~;~ ~~f~,：..^I..
