活血通络汤联合疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察活血通络汤联合牵引、针灸疗法治疗腰间盘突出症的临床过程,总结其改善腰间盘突出症患者症状和体征的临床效果,为临床应用活血通络汤联合疗法治疗腰间盘突出症提供理论及现实依据。方法:选取91例腰椎间盘突出症患者,按照完全随机原则分为单纯中药组,牵引针灸组和联合治疗组。单纯中药组采用单纯服用活血通络汤治疗,牵引针灸组采用牵引推拿、针刺灸法治疗,联合治疗组则在牵引推拿、针刺灸法治疗的基础上联合活血通络汤治疗,治疗2个疗程。结果:治疗2个疗程后,单纯中药组患者治疗的总有效率为80%,牵引针灸组治疗的总有效率为65%,联合治疗组治疗的总有效率为95%;同时比较分析治疗前后3组腰椎间盘突出症患者的Vas(视觉疼痛模拟评分)评分以及腰椎JOA评分,3组患者的Vas评分有不同程度的降低,牵引针灸组降低幅度最低,单纯中药组次之,联合治疗组最高;3组患者腰椎JOA评分均有不同程度提高,牵引针灸组提高幅度最低,单纯中药组次之,联合治疗组最高,其结果均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:活血通络汤联合牵引、针灸疗法治疗总有效率最高,临床效果显著,值得临床广泛推广。Objective： To observe the effect of Huoxue Tongluo decoction combination in treating protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc. Summarize the improved clinical effect in patients with lumbar disc herniation symptoms and signs; for clinical application Huoxue Tongluo soup combination therapy lumbar disc herniation provide theoretical and practical basis. Methods： 91 cases of lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided into traditional Chinese medicine group; acupuncture group and traction combination therapy group. Huoxue Tongluo was used in the traditional Chinese medicine group; acupuncture and moxibustion was used in the acupuncture group. Huoxue Tongluo combine acupuncture and moxibustion was used in the traction combination therapy group. Each groups accepted 2 courses of treatment. Results： After two courses of treatment; the total efficiency of traditional Chinese medicine group was 80%; acupuncture group effective rate was 65%; the total effective of the combined treatment group was 95%. Comparative analysis of the three groups of patients with lumbar disc herniation VAS before and after treatment （pain visual analogue scale） scores and lumbar JOA score; three groups of patients with different degrees of VAS ratings lowered to reduce the magnitude of the minimum traction acupuncture group; the simple traditional Chinese medicine group followed; combined treatment group was the highest; 3 patients lumbar JOA scores were improved traction lowest increase rate of acupuncture group; the simple traditional Chinese medicine group; and the highest combined treatment group; and the results were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Huoxue Tongluo soup joint traction; acupuncture therapy is always the most efficient; significant clinical effect; worthy of wider promotion.
