摘  要:为解决船舶动力定位多处理机系统的故障诊断问题 ,在分析实际系统总体结构的基础上 ,确定了系统故障测试关系图 ,提出了一个基于改进型二值PMC测试模型的分布式系统级故障诊断算法 (SELF算法 ) ,详细介绍了算法中的报文种类、故障向量与算法描述 ;最后 ,采用软件故障注入法对诊断算法与模型进行了故障诊断验证。结果表明 :模型适用、算法正确 ,所开发的分布式系统级故障诊断软件包可靠。In order to solve the problem of fault diagnosis of multiple processors in dynamic positioning system (DPS), in this paper, a fault test diagram is established on the basis of analyzing the general configuration of DPS. A distributed system level fault diagnosis algorithm (SELF Algorithm) based on an improved two value PMC test model is proposed. The style of message, fault vector in the algorithm and the description of the algorithm are introduced in detail. At the end of the paper, the test procedure and results of fault diagnosis, which takes use of the method of software fault injection, are introduced. The test results show that the test model is applicable, the algorithm is proper, and the distributed system level fault diagnosis software is reliable and practicable.
