摘　　要：文章以牧民定居工程为研究对象,运用定量和定性相结合的方法收集、分析资料,从自我评估和社会适应性两个维度作出评估和分析。调查发现,牧民定居工程的社会适应性良好,并获得了农牧民的较高评价。而进一步完善则需在坚持尊重本土文化的基础上将利益相关方纳入项目实施全过程,同时注重受援地自我发展能力的培养和实现援疆项目受益者的契合,从而形成互利合作共赢的援助发展模式。This paper assessed the herdsmen settlement project in terms of self- assessment and social adaptability.This investigation reported that the current situation of the herdsmen settlement project had achieved good social adaptability and been accepted widely by locals. Future improvements must include the interest related parties in the implementation process on the basis of respecting the local culture and customs, and attach great attention to the alignment of fostering the local self-development ability with the beneficiaries of Xinjiang-Aiding projects in order to form a win-win cooperation of development pattern.
