摘　　要：随着我国房地产业不断发展,房地产业面临的市场竞争不断加剧。现代房地产企业之间的竞争已经不局限于传统的资本与产品的竞争,而是上升到商业模式的竞争。本文回顾和整理了传统复合地产(商业地产、工业地产)和新兴复合地产的商业模式相关文献,并以此揭示和分析了我国房地产行业中的商业模式,为后续的学术研究、业内实践和政府监管提供理论指导。最后,为房地产商业模式的发展提出若干建议。With the development of real estate in our country, enterprises of real estate are now confronting rising competition in the market. The competition between companies of real estate is in capital and production as well as in innovation ability of business models. This research stats with a review of the studies on business models of traditional composite real estate and developing composite real estate. Then the different business models of composite real estate are discussed. Finally, we make a summary and present three policy suggestions to promote the development of composite real estate in China.
