摘　　要：中国林蛙是集药用、滋补保健、食用为一体的蛙种,其含有丰富的活性成分,已成为食品、医药、日化等轻工业的重要原料。本文对近年来国内期刊有关中国林蛙研究的文献进行检索和归纳分析,对哈蟆油、林蛙卵、林蛙头、林蛙皮的药理研究进行综述。中国林蛙具有抗氧化、改善学习记忆、抗疲劳、止咳平喘、降血脂、抗肿瘤、抗惊厥以及基因调控等药理作用,并有学者以甘氨酸乙酯盐酸盐为原料,人工合成海因和5,5二甲基海因。中国林蛙药理作用具有多样性,该综述对其日后的开发和利用有着重要意义,并为中国林蛙的进一步的研究提供参考。The Chinese forest frog is a kind of frog which is used in medicine, nourishing health care and food, it is rich in active ingredients and has become food, medicine, chemical and other light industry important raw materials. In this paper, the literatures which on the research of the Chinese forest frog in recent years are summarized and analyzed, and the oviductus ranae, spawn of the forest frog, head of the forest frog, skin of the forest frog are reviewed. The Chinese forest frog has antioxidant anti-aging, improving learning and memory, resisting hypoxia and fatigue, relieving cough and asthma, lowering blood lipid, antitumor, anti convulsion and gene regulation pharmacological effects and so on and according to the structure of effective components of oviductus ranae were synthesized. Therefore, the diversity of the Chinese forest frog＇s pharmacological actions. This review is of significance to the development and utilization of Chinese forest frog in the future and to provide a scientific basis for further research on the further research of Chinese forest frog.
