直肠后壁痔上黏膜保留切除吻合术治疗混合痔的临床分析(附60例报告)

摘　　要：目的评价直肠后壁痔上黏膜保留切除吻合术治疗混合痔的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析60例混合痔患者行直肠后壁痔上黏膜保留切除吻合术的临床资料。结果治愈58例(96.7%),好转2例(3.3%)。术后第1天疼痛评分(WAS)平均5分,术后第3天疼痛评分(WAS)平均3分。伤口3周愈合率为96.7%,患者总体满意度平均96分。手术时间平均25 min,术后住院时间平均5 d。切除痔上黏膜组织为非环形,含有部分直肠肌层组织,长度平均3.1 cm,宽度平均2.0 cm。所有患者均无严重并发症发生。结论直肠后壁痔上黏膜保留切除吻合术治疗混合痔疗效满意,并发症少。Objective To evaluate the efficacy of stapled hemorrhoidectomy except the back of the rectum mucosa in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids.Method Retrospective analysis was performed on the data about 60 patients with mixed hemorrhoids who underwent stapled hemorrhoidectomy except the back of the rectum mucosa. Results 58（96.7%） patients were cured,and 2（3.3%）alleviated. The VAS for the pain was 3 on the first day,and 5 on the third day on average after the operation.The rate of wound healing was 96.7% in 3weeks,and the median total satisfaction was 96. The time of operation was 25 minutes,and the number of days was5 on average after the operation in hospital. The rectum mucosa was not annular on the top of hemorrhoids, with the the rectum muscle contained. The length was 3.1 cm,and the width was 2.0 cm on average. All patients had no serious complications occurred.Conclusion The effect was satisfied and the complications was less in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids with stapled hemorrhoidectomy except the back of the rectum mucosa.
