丙烯酸酯乳液胶粘剂的制备及性能检测

摘　　要：以丙烯酸丁酯(BA)、丙烯酸异辛酯(2-EHA)、甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)为反应单体,过硫酸铵(APS)为引发剂,壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚(OP-10)/十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)为复合乳化剂,通过乳液聚合法合成了丙烯酸酯乳液胶粘剂。结果表明,当乳化剂用量3%、SDS与OP-10配比约为1:1,引发剂用量0.4%时制备的丙烯酸预乳液胶粘剂性能最好。With butyl acrylate （BA）, 2-ethylhexyl acrylate （2-EHA） and methyl methacrylate （~IA） as main monomers, ammonium persulfate（APS） as initiator, nonylphenol（OP-lO） and sodium dodecyl sulfate（SDS） as compound emulsifier, the acrylate emulsion adhesive was synthesized by emulsion polymerization. The results showed that the emulsifier 3%, SDBS and OP-IO ratio of 1：1, initiator dosage of 0.4% ,the preparation of acrylic emulsion adhesive is the best .
