氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片治疗高血压合并冠心病的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探索氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片治疗高血压合并冠心病的临床疗效。方法 100例高血压合并冠心病患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,各50例。对照组采用硝苯地平控释片治疗,观察组采用氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片治疗。观察两组患者的血压变化情况、心绞痛发作次数、持续时间。结果观察组血压缓解情况、心绞痛发作次数、持续时间均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片治疗高血压合并冠心病的治疗效果确切,值得临床推广使用。Objective To investigate clinical effect by amlodipine atorvastatin calcium tablets in the treatment of hypertension complicated with coronary heart disease. Methods A total of 100 hypertension complicated with coronary heart disease patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 50 cases in each group. The control group received nifedipine controlled release tablets for treatment, and the observation group received amlodipine atorvastatin calcium tablets. Observation was made on blood pressure changes, angina onset times and time of duration in both groups. Results The observation group had all better blood pressure changes, angina onset times and time of duration than the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Amlodipine atorvastatin calcium tablets provides precisely curative effect in treating hypertension complicated with coronary heart disease, and it is worth clinical promotion and application.
