脑电双频指数指导重症急性酒精中毒的镇静治疗

摘　　要：目的研究脑电双频指数(BIS)指导重症急性酒精中毒(AAP)镇静治疗的价值。方法 35例AAP患者随机分为常规组(18例)和BIS组(17例),常规组根据患者的镇静躁动评分(SAS)指导镇静药物应用,BIS组根据患者的BIS值指导镇静药物应用,比较两组治疗效果。结果 BIS组与常规组相比,镇静药物总剂量减少、觉醒时间缩短、镇静时间缩短(P<0.05)。结论 BIS指导AAP患者镇静治疗更加客观、合理、科学。Objective To research value of sedation treatment guided by bispectral index（BIS） for acute alcoholism（AAP）. Methods A total of 35 AAP patients were randomly divided into conventional group（18 cases） and BIS group（17 cases）. The conventional group received sedation treatment guided by sedation-agitation score（SAS）, and the BIS group received sedation treatment guided by BIS value. Curative effects were compared between the two groups. Results Comparing with the conventional group, the BIS group had less total sedation drug content, shorter awake time and sedation time（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Sedation treatment guided by BIS is objective, rational and scientific for AAP patients.
