摘　　要：目的探讨64层螺旋CT对冠状动脉(冠脉)血管狭窄程度诊断的敏感性和特异性。方法对同时进行冠脉64层螺旋CT检查和冠脉造影检查的60例患者的影像资料进行比对分析,以冠脉造影检查结果作为冠心病诊断标准,判定64层螺旋CT冠脉成像对冠脉血管狭窄程度诊断的敏感性和特异性。结果本院60例患者分别开展64层螺旋CT冠脉成像和冠脉造影检查后,截取清晰符合分析的血管图像。依次对患者的冠脉血管分别按左主干、前降支、回旋支和右冠共240支血管进行病情判定,得出64层螺旋CT对冠心病诊断敏感性为90.0%、特异性为96.7%。结论 64层螺旋CT冠脉成像对于诊断冠脉血管病变具有较高的敏感性和特异性。Objective To investigate sensitivity and specificity of 64-slice spiral CT in diagnosis of coronary arterial stenosis. Methods A comparative analysis was made between imaging data of 64-slice spiral CT and coronary arteriography in 60 patients. Coronary arteriography outcome was taken as diagnostic criteria of coronary heart disease, and sensitivity and specificity of 64-slice spiral CT in diagnosis of coronary arterial stenosis were judged. Results Clear and standard vascular images were taken by 64-slice spiral CT and coronary angiogram for 60 patients in our hospital. Disease judgment was made on totally 240 left main coronary artery, anterior descending branch, circumflex artery and right coronary artery, and that showed sensitivity as 90.0% and specificity as 96.7% by 64-slice spiral CT in diagnosis of coronary heart disease. Conclusion 64-slice spiral CT contains high sensitivity and specificity in diagnosis of coronary vascular lesions.
