摘 要:以聚硅酸(PSA)、硫酸铝(AS)、氢氧化铝(AH)、丙烯酰胺(AM)为原料制备了无机-有机复合絮凝剂聚丙烯酰胺-聚硅酸铝(PAM-PASS)。讨论丙烯酰胺加入量、铝硅摩尔比、硅酸活化p H对复合絮凝剂絮凝效果的影响,得到制备复合絮凝剂最佳工艺条件:二氧化硅质量分数为7%,硅酸活化1 h(p H=3.0),铝硅摩尔比为3∶1,PASS熟化1 h,丙烯酰胺质量占总物料质量为20.7%,氢氧化铝质量占总物料质量为7.5%,以过硫酸铵和亚硫酸氢钠为引发剂,反应温度为40℃,PAM-PASS合成3 h。利用因子设计和响应面法研究了絮凝试验中废水酸度和投入量对絮凝效果的影响。结果表明,PAM-PASS复合絮凝剂的最佳操作条件为p H=6.5~7.5和投入量为15~20 mg/L。根据实验结果得到最优化效果为:废水p H为7.20,投药量为17.00 mg/L,除浊率为97.87,试验验证结果与实际效果相吻合。A novel hybrid flocculant based on polyacrylamide-polyaluminum silicate sulfate( PAM-PASS) has been synthesized using a redox initiation system(( NH4)2S2O8-Na HSO3) at 40℃ in aqueous medium. The influence of the concentration of acrylamide,the molar ratio of aluminum to silicon and p H value on the activation of silicate is investigated. The results show that the optimal process conditions for preparing PAM-PASS are:7% mass fraction of silicon dioxide,1 hour for activation of metasilicate pentahydrate( p H = 3. 0),PASS aged for 1 hour,3 ∶ 1 ratio of aluminum and silicon,20. 7% mass fraction of acrylamide( with respect to the total material),7. 5% of aluminum hydroxide( with respect to the total material) and 3 hours polymerization time. Viscometry,IR,SEM,conductivity and TGA are used to characterize the PAM-PASS. The flocculation efficiency of PAM-PASS is much better than that of commercial polyacrylamide( PAM) and PASS. The optimal flocculation effect can be achieved when p H and the content of PAM-PASS are 7. 2 and 17. 00 mg / L,respectively. The rate of deturbidity is more than 90% after placing in air for170 days,suggesting good stability.
