摘 要:基于遗传优化算法,提出了一种通用于反应精馏系统的综合与设计方法:以经济指标TAC最小值为目标,总塔板数、进料位置、回流比、滞液量等作为决策变量,并采用遗传优化算法对决策变量进行优化计算并搜索出最优操作点,实现反应精馏系统的经济效益最大化。利用醋酸甲酯的反应精馏系统来评价所提出的设计策略,结果表明,该设计实例能在保证产物摩尔分数达到要求的前提下,获得总体效益最大的设计系统,说明该设计方法可以设计出较好的反应精馏塔。Based on genetic algorithm( GA),a generalized method is proposed for the synthesis and design of reactive distillation process. The minimum of total annual cost is set as objective function. The total number of trays,feed locations,reflux ratio,liquid holdup,and so on,are used as decision variables. Optimization calculation is conducted by using the genetic algorithm to get the optimal operating point for maximum economic benefits. Methyl acetate reactive distillation process is employed to evaluate the proposed design strategy. The results indicate that the best overall benefit scheme can be obtained on the premise of attaining qualified product purity. This proposed approach is better for reactive distillation column design.
