摘　　要：黑色经济被称为经济之癌和苍穹上深邃莫测的经济黑洞,在国民经济和社会生活中像黑色幽灵一般如影随行,其表现形式也依附着信息技术的日新月异而变化无穷,不仅扰乱市场经济、侵害法律章程、荼毒精神文化,还有损于国计民生。近几年,我国出现一些腐败现象,走私、贩毒也时有发生。中共十八大以来,在国家反腐工作不断加强和深入的同时,对黑色经济的打击和治理也取得了显著的成效。The black economy is known as cancer of the economy and the firmament unfathomable economic hole, in national economy and social life like Black Ghost general lurking, its form of expression also in accordance with the attached information technology with each passing day and the variations are endless, not only disrupted the market economy against laws and regulations, poisoned spiritual culture, and loss to the national economy and the people＇s livelihood. In recent years, our country official corruption seriously,smuggling, drug trafficking and the spread of breeding, Party＇s eighteen years, in the national anti-corruption work has been strengthened and expanded at the same time, the blow to the black economy and governance also made remarkable results.
