摘  要:在电力系统面对一系列新挑战的背景下,作为电力系统最基本输变电装置的电力变压器,过于单一的功能使得其不足之处越来越明显,固态变电站是定制电力和灵活交流输电技术(flexible AC transmission system,FACTS)发展进程中极具前瞻性的技术手段。提出一种一次设备体积小、占地小、投资少,且调控能力强、稳定性高的电力电子变电站技术方案。尽管固态变电站占地要做得比常规变电站小还需要经过不少设计和改进,且根据当前参考设备估算的设备成本相对偏高,但是,随着技术的不断进步和设计的不断改进,固态变电站的远期设备价格将大幅度下降,乐观估计可以做到常规变电站5倍以内。As a basic power transmission and transformation device in power system, deficiencies of the traditional power transformer are becoming more obvious due to its limited function, under the background that there are a series of new challenges for modern power system. With the rapid development of custom power and FACTS technologies, the solid state substation shall take an important role as a prospective technology in future substation. A proposed power electronic substation scheme promises many advantages such as small size, small footprint area, little investment, strong controllability and stability. The footprint area of the solid state substation could be smaller than the traditional one only after many painstaking and time-consuming works of redesign, modification and improvement. The current device price of the solid state substation is comparatively high according to the reference price of the similar devices. However, with the rapid technical progress and design improvement, the forward price of the solid state substation could decrease dramatically. It is an optimistic view that the price could be less than 5 times of the traditional counterpart.
