摘　　要：我院无线输液系统集成了输液登记、穿刺叫号、无线呼叫等子系统,其体系结构设计采用C/S架构,数据库选用SQL SERVER 2005,利用.NET技术开发。该系统通过HL7标准接口与医院信息系统(HIS)无缝链接,实现了输液全流程数字化管理,保证了患者输液安全,同时也减轻了护士工作强度和工作压力,提高了工作效率。With integration of multiple subsystems such as the transfusion registration, puncture queuing and wireless calling, the wireless transfusion system was designed and developed by using C/S（Client/Server） architecture, SERVER 2005 SQL database and.NET technology. It realized seamless connection with HIS（Hospital Information System） and full-process informatization management of transfusion via adoption of HL7 standard interface. Application of the system ensured the safety of patients in transfusion, reduced the nurses＇ work intensity and pressure, and improved their work efficiency.
