摘  要:本文通过分析医疗设备故障发生情况,以根本原因分析法(RCA)为基础,运用失效模式与影响分析(FMEA)方法分析设备故障情况,并且使用鱼骨图工具进一步探讨可能导致设备发生故障的远端因子,以发现导致医疗设备故障的潜在因子,针对原因制定纠正措施,并在后续行动中验证。将RCA应用于医疗设备维修管理,可以有效提高设备完好率。Having taken RCA(Root Cause Analysis) method as the basis, the paper adopted FMEA(Failure Mode And Effects Analysis) method for analysis of medical equipment failures, and the fishbone diagram for further exploration of the distal factor that might result in equipment failure. As a result, the potential factors that might cause the failure of medical equipment were found and correction measures were formulated accordingly and verified in the subsequent actions. Application of RCA in maintenance management of medical equipment could effectively improve the availability of the medical equipment.
