2011～2015年银川市公共场所从业人员梅毒检测结果分析

摘　　要：目的：了解银川市公共场所从业人员梅毒感染现状。方法收集2011~2015年在银川市进行健康体检的71859名公共场所从业人员的梅毒检测信息，采用梅毒甲苯胺红不加热血清试验（TRUST）进行初筛，阳性病例采用梅毒螺旋体血细胞凝集试验（TPPA）进行确诊。结果71859名公共场所从业人员中共检测出梅毒阳性214名，阳性率为0.30%；不同年份梅毒感染阳性率比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）；女性感染阳性率高于男性，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）；年龄以30~＜40岁组阳性率最高，〈20岁组阳性率最低，各年龄组梅毒感染阳性率比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。各行业梅毒感染阳性率由高到低依次为娱乐（0.39%）、宾馆（0.35%）、餐饮（0.25%）、其他（0.11%），不同行业间梅毒感染阳性率比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论2011~2015年银川市从业人员梅毒感染呈上升趋势，20~＜40岁年龄段属于高危人群，应加强性病知识的宣传教育，提高全民防护意识，有助于梅毒的预防和控制。Objective To understand the status quo of syphilis infection among employees of public places in Yinchuan City. Methods The informations of syphilis detection among 71 859 employees in public places during 2011-2015 were collected. The preliminary screening was performed by using syphilis toluidine red untreated serum test （TRUST）,then the positive cases were definitely diagnosed by treponem pallidum particle agglutination （TPPA）. Results Totally 71 859 employees of public places were examined,in which 214 cases were syphilis positive with the positive rate of 0.30%;the positive rate of syphilis infection had statistical difference among different years （P〈0.05）;the infection positive rate of females was higher than that of males with statistical difference（P〈0.05）;in the age distribution,the positive rate of syphilis infection was highest in the age group of 30-〈40 years old and lowest in the age group of 〈20 years old ,the syphilis infection positive rate had statistical difference among different age groups（P〈0.05）. The positive rates of syphilis infection in various industries group from high to low were entertainment （0.39%）, hotel （0.35%）,restaurant （0.25%）and others （0.11%）,which had statistical difference among different industries （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The syphilis infection positive rates among employees show the growing tendency from 2011 to 2015 ,the age group of 20-〈40 years old belongs to the high risk population. Strengthening the propaganda education of sexually transmitted diseases knowledge and improving the protection consciousness of the whole people conduce to the prevention and control of syphilis.
