生津玉液汤对气阴两虚证原发性干燥综合征患者免疫功能的影响研究

摘　　要：目的观察生津玉液汤对气阴两虚证原发性干燥综合征(p SS)患者免疫功能的影响。方法将53例p SS气阴两虚证患者作为治疗组,采用生津玉液汤治疗,疗程为3个月。另选30例健康体检者为正常对照组。观察正常对照组入组后与治疗组治疗前后免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、IgA、IgM及T淋巴细胞亚群(CD3^+、CD4^+、CD8^+、CD4^+/CD8^+)水平变化。结果与正常对照组比较,治疗组治疗前IgG、IgM及IgA水平均明显升高,CD4^+下降,CD8^+升高,CD4^+/CD8^+下降,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.05)。与治疗组治疗前比较,治疗组治疗后IgG、IgM及IgA水平均下降,CD8^+降低,CD4^+、CD4^+/CD8^+升高,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),CD3^+无明显变化(P>0.05);与正常对照组比较,治疗组治疗后IgG、IgM及IgA仍升高,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);但CD4^+、CD8^+、CD4^+/CD8^+与正常对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论气阴两虚证p SS患者存在T淋巴细胞免疫功能紊乱,生津玉液汤对其免疫功能有调节作用。Objective To observe the effects of Shengjin- yuye decoction on immunity function in primary Sjogren’s syndrome（ p SS） patients with Qi- yin deficiency type. Methods 53 p SS patients with Qi- yin deficiency type in treatment group were treated by Shengjin- yuye decoction for 3 months. Another 30 healthy cases were taken as control group. The changes of IgG,IgA,IgM and the T cell subgroup（ CD3~＋,CD4~＋,CD8~＋,CD4~＋/ CD8~＋）were observed in two groups. Results As compared with control group,the levels of IgG,IgM and IgA before treatment were obviously higher than those in control group,and the CD4~＋and CD4~＋/ CD8~＋were decreased,the CD8~＋was increased,with statistical differences（ P 〈 0. 01,P 〈 0. 05）. As compared with before treatment in treatment group,the levels of IgG,IgM and IgA after treatment were decreased,the CD8~＋was decreased,the CD4~＋and CD4~＋/ CD8~＋were increased,with statistical differences（ P 〈 0. 05）,and the CD3~＋with no obriously difference（ P 〉 0. 05）. The IgG,IgM and IgA after treatment in treatment group were increased as compared with those in contral group（ P 〈 0. 05）,and there were no statistical differences on CD4~＋,CD8~＋,CD4~＋/ CD8~＋between two groups（ P 〉 0. 05）. Conclusion The immunological disorders of T cells existed in p SS patients with Qi- yin deficiency type,and the Shengjin- yuye decoction has regulating effect on immunity function.
