丹七软胶囊对冠心病心绞痛发作及血管的保护作用研究

摘　　要：目的观察丹七软胶囊对冠心病心绞痛发作及血管的保护作用。方法将80例冠心病心绞痛患者随机分为2组。对照组40例采用常规治疗,治疗组40例在对照组治疗基础上加丹七软胶囊治疗。2组均治疗4周,比较2组治疗后临床疗效及心电图疗效,并对2组治疗前后6 min步行试验距离、中医症状评分、硝酸甘油用量及血清一氧化氮(NO)、血管内皮素-1(ET-1)变化情况进行统计比较。结果 2组临床总有效率(治疗组80.0%,对照组52.5%)及心电图总有效率(治疗组65.0%,对照组50.0%)比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组优于对照组。2组治疗后血清NO水平均较本组治疗前升高,ET-1水平降低,6 min步行试验距离增加,主症积分、兼症积分及总积分降低,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),且2组治疗后组间比较差异亦均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组硝酸甘油用量比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组低于对照组。结论丹七软胶囊能明显减少冠心病心绞痛发作次数,改善心功能,减少硝酸甘油用量,可能与其血管保护作用有关。Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of Dan Qi soft capsule on angina attack and vascular protection in patients with coronary heart disease（ CHD）. Methods 80 CHD patients were randomly divided into two groups. 40 cases in control group were received routine therapy,and 40 cases in treatment group were treated by Dan Qi soft capsule on the basis of control group treatment,continuously treatment for 4 weeks. The clinical effects and electrocardiogram（ ECG） efficacy after treatment were compared between two groups. The 6- minute walk test distance,TCM symptom scores,dosage of nitroglycerin,serum nitric oxide（ NO） and vascular endothelin- 1（ ET-1） before and after treatment were compared in two groups. Results The total effective rate and total ECG efficacy in treatment group were higher than those in control group,with statistical differences（ P 〈 0. 05）. The serum NO and 6- minute walk test distance after treatment were increased in two groups,and the ET- 1,primary symptom score,accompanied symptom score and total score were decreased,with statistical differences（ P 〈 0. 05）,and there were statistical differences between two groups（ P 〈 0. 05）. The dosage of nitroglycerin in treatment group was lower than that in control group,with statistical differences（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Dan Qi soft capsule can significantly reduce the frequency of angina attack in CHD patients,improve heart function,and decrease the dosage of nitroglycerin,which may be related to its effects on protecting blood vessel.
