茵栀黄颗粒治疗戊型淤胆型肝炎疗效分析

摘　　要：目的观察茵栀黄颗粒对戊型肝炎病毒(HEV)感染所致淤胆型肝炎的治疗效果。方法将115例戊型淤胆型肝炎患者随机分为2组,2组均进行常规保肝、降酶、对症等治疗。治疗组63例加用茵栀黄颗粒,对照组52例加用苯巴比妥,均连续服用4周。比较2组疗效,主要临床症状、体征改善时间及肝功能指标的改善情况,并观察药物不良反应。结果治疗组治愈率71.43%,总有效率90.48%;对照组治愈率51.92%,总有效率86.54%。2组治愈率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但总有效率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗组在减轻乏力、厌油、黄疸和皮肤瘙痒症状所用时间方面少于对照组(P<0.05),在降低肝功能指标血清总胆红素(TBi L)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)及γ-谷氨酰转移酶(γ-GT)水平方面优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在常规治疗基础上加用茵栀黄颗粒治疗戊型淤胆型肝炎,有利于改善临床症状及肝功能,提高临床治愈率。Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of Yinzhihuang granules on the treatment of viral cholestatic hepatitis E（ HEV）. Methods 115 patients with HEV were randomly divided into two groups,which received the routine treatment of liver protection,decline the enzyme and symptomatic therapy. The treatment group（ n= 63） received Yinzhihuang granules,and the control group（ n = 52） received Phenobarbital,continuously taking for4 weeks. The curative rate,improvement time of clinical symptoms and signs,the liver function and adverse drug reaction were observed in two groups. Results The cure rate and total effective rate in treatment group were 71. 43%and 90. 48% respectively,and those in control group were 51. 92% and 86. 54%,respectively. There were statistical differences on the cure rate between two groups（ P 〈 0. 05）,and the total effective rate with no statistical differences（ P 〈 0. 05）. The improvement times of lake of power,annoy oil,jaundice and itchy skin in treatment group were less than those in control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. The decreased of TBi L,ALP and γ- GT after treatment in treatment group were superior to those in control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion On the basis of traditional treatment,the Yinzhihuang granules can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of HEV,enhance the cure rate.
