外资研发嵌入的内外因辨析:市场化进程还是国际贸易竞争力

摘　　要：利用主成分分析法及1998-2013年各省市(以下简称省)面板数据,构建了外资研发嵌入指数测算体系,测度了我国27个省市的外资研发嵌入指数,并通过OLS、2SLS及GMM模型对全国及东、中、西部的市场化进程及国际贸易竞争力对外资研发嵌入水平的影响做了实证研究。研究发现:第一,样本期内,我国外资研发嵌入水平在逐年提高,且各区域表现出了巨大差异;第二,全国及东部地区的市场化进程及国际贸易竞争力对于外资研发嵌入水平均有积极的影响,国际贸易竞争力对外资研发嵌入水平的影响明显大于市场化进程对外资研发嵌入水平的影响;第三,市场化进程及国际贸易竞争力对中部省份外资研发嵌入水平的影响并不明显;第四,国际贸易竞争力对西部省份的外资研发嵌入有积极影响,但西部市场化进程对外资研发嵌入的作用尚不明确。Based on principal component analysis and 1998- 2013 panel da- ta, this paper constructs index system of foreign R＆D embeddedness and mea- sures that of 27 provinces of China. Then, we use OLS. 2SLS and GMM mod- el to explore the effects of marketization degree and international trade competi- tiveness on provincial and regional foreign R＆D embeddedness. Results show that： first, foreign R＆D embeddedness increase year by year and show a great difference among various regions; second, both marketization degree and interna- tional trade competitiveness have positive influences on foreign R＆D embedded- ness and the influence of international trade competitiveness is significantly great- er than that of marketization degree in the whole nation and the eastern region; third, influences of both marketization degree and international trade competitive- ness on foreign R＆D embeddedness in central region are not obvious; fourth, in- ternational trade competitiveness in the western region has positive influences on foreign R＆D embeddedness, but marketization degree needs further discussion.
