摘　　要：针对军用大型自动测试系统测量参数多、量程范围宽、影响计量保障的因素多等特点,设计了一种军用测试系统自动检定装置。根据测试系统的技术特点、测量值范围和不确定度要求选配了合理的标准计量器具;研制了专用检定设备,保证标准设备与测试系统装备可靠对接;编制计量检定程序,实现计量管理、检定测试控制、数据自动采集处理等功能,实现了海军导弹通用测试系统的现场原位计量检定。According to the characteristics of military test systems such as multi parameters and wide range,the automatic calibration equipment is designed in this paper. Standard measuring instruments is selected according to the technical characteristics,signal range and uncertainty requirement. Special instruments are designed to guaranteeing the match of standard instrument and test system. Software is designed to achieve the calibration management,test control,data acquisition and processing. At last,field calibration of Navy Missile General Test System is realized.
