摘　　要：介绍了基于ADAM模块搭建的汽车电动真空泵试验装置和计算机测控系统。详述了抽气时间、极限真空度、工作耐久性等项目检测的具体实现方法,应用结果表明该试验装置结构完整,测控系统测量采集实时、控制精准,满足QC/T 1004-2015《汽车电动真空泵性能要求及台架试验方法》和企业技术条件的相关要求。This paper introduces an automobile electric vacuum pump test device and the computer measurement and control system based on the ADAM modules. Detail the specific method of evacuation time, ultimate vacuum, project work and durability testing. Application test results show that the structural integrity of the device, real-time monitoring and precise control, meet the QC / T 1004-2015 ＂electric car vacuum pump performance requirements and test methods of requirements ＂and corporate technical conditions.
