摘  要:以具有特殊功能基团的MA(马来酸酐)作为接枝单体,在PVAc(聚醋酸乙烯酯)核表面形成了桥型接枝点,采用粒子设计和半连续种子乳液聚合法制备了反向核/壳型[以亲水性PVAc为核、疏水性PS(聚苯乙烯)为壳]复合乳液。研究结果表明:该复合乳液中的乳胶粒呈草莓状结构,其粒径约为330 nm,并且MA掺量对乳胶粒的形貌起决定性的作用;当w(MA)=0.8%(相对于总单体质量而言)、p H为3.1时,复合乳液胶粘剂的剪切强度相对最大。The composite emulsion with inverse core acetate) as core and the hydrophobic PS (polystyrene) continuous seeded emulsion polymerization when the MA used as grafting monomer, which can form the bridge type /shell structure[namely the hydrophilic PVAe (polyvinyl as shell] was prepared by particle design and semi- (maleic anhydride) with specially functional group was grafting results showed that the latex particle in composite emulsion, g point on the surface of PVAc core. The research which particle size was about 330 nm, had the strawberry-type structure, and the MA content had a decisive role in the morphology of the latex particle. The composite emulsion adhesive had the relatively maximal shear strength when mass fraction of MA was 0.8% in total monomers, and the pH value was 3.1.
